2008 - Lodged the very first and second EPCs in Northern Ireland, on behalf
of NI
Assembly

2009 - Qualified to produce: DECs & SAPs.

2012 - Serviced over 30% of the available DEC market in Northern Ireland.

2013 - Consulted on delivery of the Sainsburys Northern Ireland boiler
replacement
scheme.

2014 - Launched the ‘Boilerbuyer’ initiative in Northern Ireland; intended
as an
equivalent scheme to ‘Green Deal’ which was unavailable in Northern Ireland.

2015 - Consulted on Energy Company Obligation (ECO) & Carbon Emissions
Reduction Target
(CERT) schemes for primary scheme providers, reporting to Ofgem.

2016 - Lodged our 100,000th EPC.

2017 - Consulted in support of Northern Ireland Sustainable Energy Programme
(NISEP) for
primary scheme providers.

2020 - Lodged our 10,000th DEC.
