EPCNI is the most experienced energy compliance firm in Northern Ireland and a leading UK stakeholder in the field of the development of the ‘Energy Performance of Buildings’ sector.
We have been involved in energy compliance, design development and building diagnostics since the commencement of the current regulatory regime in 2008 and have completed hundreds of thousands of ‘all strands’ energy assessments/certificates in the intervening period-helping and supporting many private individuals, business (small and large) and public sector organisations in the course of this journey.
From schools and hospitals to the most modest of private houses, we have had surveyors on the ground; raising awareness of the benefits of energy efficiency.
